About Us

Brand Story

The Culture, Sports, Tourism, Education and Technology Association is a non-profit organization registered as a company limited by guarantee, committed to advancing Hong Kong's development across the five key sectors of culture, sports, tourism, education, and technology.
Guided by the philosophy "Illuminating the Future with the Light of Culture," the Association promotes the preservation and innovation of Hong Kong's diverse cultures, as well as international cultural exchange and cooperation. As a resource integrator, we connect cross-sector forces to bring every project from concept to reality.
Under the Association, "Trendlabs" offers an immersive IP creation learning platform, suitable for students, trendy toy enthusiasts, and educational institutions to explore the limitless possibilities of culture and innovation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to connect resources across China, Hong Kong, and the international community — driven by the twin engines of heritage and innovation — to advance cultural exchange and economic development, and to strengthen cultural confidence.

We are committed to:

🎯 Heritage & Innovation

We respect tradition but are not bound by it. From intangible cultural heritage (ICH) to IP creation, we use innovative forms of expression to revitalize culture within contemporary contexts.

💎 Cultural Exchange

We connect resources across China, Hong Kong, and the world, building cross-regional and cross-cultural dialogue platforms. Trend toys become a universal language — showcasing Chinese creativity to the global stage.

❤️ Economic Development

Culture and industry are not opposing forces. We promote the integration of IP creation with tourism, education, technology, and other sectors — generating sustainable economic value and employment opportunities.

🌱 Strengthening Cultural Confidence

When young people create their own trend toy IPs, cultural confidence is no longer just a slogan — it becomes a tangible, hands-on sense of achievement.
